Is this exactly what an employer’s ATS sees?
No. Different systems and employer configurations parse and evaluate documents differently. This report shows our extraction, with transparent checks and source evidence.
Does this guarantee my résumé will pass?
No scanner can guarantee acceptance or an interview. Use these findings to inspect your information and address genuine issues.
What happens to scanned PDFs?
When AI processing is configured, the upload flow can attempt to read scanned pages. Unreadable content stays flagged for review. Try a text-based PDF or DOCX if important details are missing.
Will it distinguish licenses from exams in progress?
The extraction checks explicit completion, candidate, study, and expired-status wording. Unclear credentials remain unconfirmed. Always check the issuer’s records and correct the draft.
Are my files private?
Files are saved privately for you and authorized career support staff. Scanning does not apply to a job or share the document with an employer. Account deletion removes stored files and associated records.
What should I fix first?
Start with missing or garbled text, contact information, and job dates. Then check titles, schools, credentials, and specific evidence relevant to the role. Re-upload your revised original to scan again.
